Rise Yoga, Wallingford, CT

 A Vinyasa class styled to explore strength and flexibility, ease and effort. You will move mindfully from pose to pose with emphasis on pranayama (breath work). Each class offers variations allowing you to uncover your true potential. A theme / intention is woven in throughout class. You will leave feeling energized and ready to take on your week. Some knowledge of some poses is assumed. This class is appropriate for those who are in good health and are injury free. If you have any hesitations, please contact us regarding a private lesson prior to joining a group class.


Saturdays ( 8:30 am)

This class is a welcome and much needed break from the stress and speed of day to day life. Grab a mat, don’t forget your water bottle, as we move through a vigorous flow. Focusing on the body as a whole we will explore funky transitions & inversions. This class will leave you feeling centered and renewed. Knowledge of poses is required. Appropriate for those who are in good health and are injury free.

Single-Online Zoom Class

Too busy to make it in to a studio? Live out of state but still want to join me for class? Feel more comfortable at home? These classes are for you. Offering single Zoom yoga classes. No social media required. Sign up is required prior, once you sign up a link will be sent to your email for you to join in! Classes will range from 30-60 minutes and are interactive, meaning I can see you and you can see me. Feedback & modifications are offered with each class. Classes consist of mixed level, strong vinyasa, power flow and yin.  Can't take it LIVE, that is ok! Sign up for class and receive the link + passcode to take it on demand at your own convenience.
